Feedburner Pepper v1.1

Ron has updated the Feedburner Pepper to v1.1.
The Feedburner Pepper will display Feedburner feed statistics within Mint.
Improvements and bug fixes in this version:
- Vasty improved caching. Now uses the same cache file for all display tabs.
- Now displays the correct error message for unconfigured feed URLs.
