Beta Pepper - Downloads v0.01

Till Krüss has released a beta version of the Downloads Pepper he has been working on for the past few weeks. Many of you will be happy to know you can now download and help test this Pepper.
I had been using an Alpha version of this Pepper and I have to say it is great being able to track downloads again. Some big bonuses with this Pepper are that it does what all previous Mint 1.x Download Pepper did in one Pepper, regarding how to set up and track your files!
- Redirect your files manually
- Automatic Redirection enabled via JavaScript
- Apache Mode, uses .htaccess to track files in a directory
Definitely worth helping Till test this Pepper and providing any valuable feedback.
