Mint v1.28 and Official Pepper Updates
Posted 1 March 2006 in Pepper News by Sam Brown - 4 Comments
Hot on the heels of v1.27, Shaun Inman has released Mint v1.28 with some fixes and new features.
Most importantly, this update requires you to reenter your activation key (which can be found in your account at haveamint.com/account). This step has to be done in anticipation of one-click updates, do note though, this has not yet been completed.
Another important update in Mint v1.28 is a rollback to record/js.php from Mint 1.26, this was due to numerous users experiencing significant discrepancies in their stats. This wasn’t reproducible however, and was rolled back so the issue could be resolved.
Other updates in the Change Log include:
- [060222] Added compact privacy policy to convince IE PC to eat cookies in certain fringe instances
– [060221] Add ?moved query command to remap the installVars after moving Mint to a new location on the server Pepper
Pepper Updates
All Official Peppers created by Shaun Inman have been updated to prevent viewing class.php directly in the browser, and can be downloaded in the Account Center. (Note: the Default Pepper, and Backup/Restore come included in Mint v1.28.
- Default Pepper v1.26
- Backup/Restore v1.22
- User Agent 007 v1.22
- Local Searches v1.22
- Window Width v1.00
