Trends v2.01

Ron has just informed me of a minor upgrade to the Trends Pepper.

* Renamed the panes Trends Internal and Trends External as per request by Shaun.

• Users of Trends 1.x updating to Trends 2.x will no longer have to uninstall then reinstall Trends.
  
• Watched pages and ignored referrers now use a Mint query instead of doing it ourselves. May improve database query time.
